FOUND SO FAR:
Page 85: Footnote 11 isn't quite right. The statement is true
for simplicial complexes on which G acts by simplicial isomorphisms.
Exercise: why is it not true for arbitrary regular G-complexes?
Page 307: In Exercise 1 (bottom of the page) the word "infinite"
was omitted: If a finitely generated group has an INFINITE finitely
generated normal subgroup of infinite index then it has one end.
Page 450: An expanded version of the proof of Theorem 18.3.18 is found
here.
