Q:
I am a student with a disability/an athlete
and need special accommodations.
A:
Send me an email with the filled and signed form.
Athletes: your coach or team director,
Students with disabilities: see the syllabus,
"Students with disabilities" paragraph.
I'll review this form before I sign it.
If there are no issues I'll bring it to my next lecture.
If you have a disability, chances are that I want to talk
to you in person to understand better how I can accommodate you,
possibly in excess to what your form requests.

Q:
Are the exams cumulative? What about the quizzes?
A:
a.
The midterms are not cumulative in the sense that you
will be mostly asked about the material since the last
midterm, but you may need to refer to earlier material.
b.
The final is cumulative, but a disproportionately large portion will
be about topics that were discussed after the last midterm.
c.
With quizzes, it depends.
If I feel that the class is not sufficiently knowledgeable about an important topic,
it may re-appear on subsequent quizzes.

as early as on day n+1.
