I have published version 2025-01-26 of the MF lecture notes.
Discard the older version!
Section 2.10 ("Miscellaneou") now contains material on suprema and infima of sets
of real numbers.

I announced in lecture that I will give quiz 1 on Mon Jan 27 and quiz 2 on Fri Jan 31.
Scope for quiz 1: Ch.2.1-2.6 and ch.3.1-3.2.
d.
My eyes need a fairly strong contrast so I can read your quizzes and exams.
I cannot grade what I cannot read!
I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you write your work with a pen or press real hard when
you use a pencil.
