The letter grades are only so you have an idea of how well you're doing. I don't add letter grades. I add up your scores to get the total of test points.

The grade is computed by summing your percentages for each aspect. I make adjustments for things like improvement, decline, an uncharaacteristically bad midterm, etc. Excessive absence can cost you a grade level. Please note that these guidelines apply only to my section.
